Line Six (6) - Line 5 + Methotrexate.  We only used it in one treatment on 8/15/03.

Line Five (5) - Oxaliplatin + CPT-11, once every three weeks.  Liver function was negatively impacted.

Line Four (4) - Taxol (intravenously) + Xeloda (orally for 14 days)

(this regimen worked from March -  July; side effects were bone painn, hair loss, hand and foot syndrome - skin peeling).

Line Three (3) - Etopiside + Gemcitabine (intravenously)

(this regimen lasted about 2 months, it really hurt my bone marrow and blood counts)

Line Two (2) - Taxotere + Epirubicin (intravenously)

(this regimen lasted about 2 months)

Line One (1) - 5-FU(fluorouracil) + Leucovorin + Cisplatin + Irinotecan

(this regimen lasted about 9 months - worked great at first, shrinking all the tumors, but the side-effects were a little rough - nausea, fatigue, numbness in hands and feet, "metal mouth")
